The Miu Collection

One table.
Three jobs.

A vanity, a nightstand and a seat in a single twenty-inch footprint. Lift the lid and it is a lit dressing table; close it and it stands beside the bed as a clean four-drawer cabinet.

The idea

Your corner only has room
for one piece.

So this one does three jobs. Nothing to move, nothing to store away in a closet — the same frame changes role with a single movement of the lid.

01
As a vanity

Lid up, light on, the mirror at eye level and the tray within reach.

02
As a nightstand

Stool in, the drawer fronts line up into one clean four-drawer stack.

03
As a seat

Upholstered, on casters, with its own drawers — it parks underneath.

01 — Two silhouettes

With the stool in,
it stands alone.

Pull the stool out and it is a three-piece dressing station. Push it in and the two desk drawers and the two stool drawers line up into one slim four-drawer column — the silhouette of a nightstand, not of a vanity.

  • A hinged lid, not a separate panelThe mirror is hinged to the counter itself, so it lifts and closes on the same body — nothing to take off and store.
  • Two plus two makes fourTwo desk drawers and two stool drawers become a single stack once the stool is pushed in.
  • Twenty inches of wallDepth stays at 16 inches with the stool in; pulled out, it asks for another 14.

02 — Light

Three colours of light,
one long press away.

An LED strip runs the inside edge of the mirror. Tap to move between warm, neutral and cool; hold to sweep the brightness. The panel wakes as your hand comes near, so you are not hunting for a switch with wet fingers.

  • Three temperaturesWarm for evening skincare, neutral for everyday, cool for precise colour work.
  • Short press, long pressA tap changes the hue; holding dims all the way down to a night light.
  • Touch-free sensingThe light comes up as you approach and settles once you step away.

03 — Storage

Every small thing
has a home.

Under the lid sits a shallow tray; under the tray, an eight-inch well for the bottles that never seem to fit anywhere. The rest goes in the drawers.

  • A flip-top trayJewellery, brushes, the things you reach for first — right beneath the mirror.
  • Eight inches of hidden depthTall enough for standing serum bottles and brush cups, tucked behind the tray.
  • Two full-width drawersDeep enough for palettes, tools and refills, all in one pull.
  • A hook that goes either wayDouble-ended, mounted on whichever side you prefer — for a dryer or a bag.

04 — The seat

A stool that
disappears.

Upholstered on top, on four casters, with two drawers built into the base. Roll it out, sit down, roll it back — the floor stays clear and the room stays a room.

  • A padded seatSoft enough for a twenty-minute routine, firm enough to sit upright at the mirror.
  • Turns a full circle360° of swivel on its own casters — face the mirror, then turn to the room.
  • Storage you sit onTwo drawers in the base, sized for the everyday things you would otherwise leave out.

The short list

Four reasons it
holds together.

01
Built as one piece

Vanity, nightstand and seat share a single frame — nothing wobbles loose, nothing drifts apart from the others.

02
Storage in three layers

Open tray, eight-inch hidden well, closing drawers. Each layer is sized for a different kind of thing.

03
Light you can tune

Three colour temperatures, dimmable down to a glow, and a sensor so the mirror lights itself.

04
Assembly that reads clearly

The tools are in the box and the steps are spelled out. If something does not add up, support is on standby.

Anchor it

With the lid up the unit carries weight high on its frame. Fix the anti-tip fitting to the wall — it is the single most useful five minutes of the build.

Leave it some room

Allow 20 inches of wall and 16 inches of depth. The stool adds another 14 inches while it is pulled out, so keep that much floor clear in front.

Plan the outlet

The lit mirror runs on mains power. Position the unit within reach of a socket before you decide on the final spot.

Assemble it where it stands

Once the mirror is fitted, moving the unit takes two people — build it in the room it will live in.
